What BOXMEX is — and what it isn't
BOXMEX coordinates cross-border logistics between the US and Mexico. We are not the carrier, not a customs broker, and not the importer of record.
- We coordinate your shipment; UPS and our Mexican delivery partners handle the physical transport.
- Any customs duties or taxes are set by Mexican customs and are never included in your total.
- The recipient is responsible for any duties and taxes owed on arrival in Mexico.

When UPS marks your shipment "Delivered," it means the boxes arrived at our BOXMEX cross-border center — not at the destination home. The Mexico delivery leg begins after that.

Frequently asked questions
Why not just use UPS directly?
UPS moves your boxes inside the US, but it doesn't coordinate the cross-border handoff and Mexican last-mile delivery to a home. BOXMEX handles the full US→Mexico path with one price and one tracking link.
Are duties and taxes included?
No. Your total covers shipping and handling. Any customs duties or taxes are set by Mexican customs and are the recipient's responsibility on arrival.
What if UPS says my shipment is delivered?
A UPS "Delivered" status means the boxes arrived at our BOXMEX cross-border center — not at the destination home. The Mexico delivery leg starts after that, so follow your BOXMEX tracking for door delivery.
Do I need an account to get a price?
No. You can get a quote and check out without creating an account. You'll get tracking once your shipment is on its way.
Where do I drop off my boxes?
After you pay, print the prepaid US label, tape it to the box, and drop it at any UPS location in the US.
